Handcrafted from wild clay dug and gathered from southern Mississippi, it was created through a fastidious process of wheel-throwing and sculpting techniques. This piece has been soda-fired and reduction cooled; the combination of atmospheric carbon trapping and mineral-rich, kaolin clay provides its colorful and richly layered surfaces.
